We take great care of our collection and offer you our design items in the best
possible condition.

If for any reason the item you have purchased is not to your satisfaction, you have
the option to return the product within 14 calendar days after delivery.

We only accept your return in the original packaging and you will also need the
receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return
will not be accepted. Centrepiece is not responsible for the shipping cost of a
return. Buyer must front the return postage (we recommend you use a Tracked
delivery service as we can’t be held responsible for items that go missing being
returned to us).

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in
any way. If your parcel shows any signs of damage upon arrival which indicates
damage to the item caused by transport , we kindly ask you to take a picture and
send this to us with your return request.

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you notifying that we
have received the item. When approved, your refund will be processed within 3/5
working days depending on your payment option.
Discounted items can not be returned, and we do not reimburse shipment costs.
